Who We Are
Kids Paint is provided by DevPulse. This notice explains how information is handled in our app, on the Kids Paint website, and when you contact support. For questions or privacy requests, use our Support page.
Your Pictures Stay Yours
Drawings and preferences are stored on your device. We do not receive your artwork through the painting features.
A grown up can share or export a picture. The app or service you choose then handles that copy under its own privacy practices. Removing local app data can remove saved pictures, so export any favourites you want to keep.
No Ads or Profiling
Kids Paint has no ads or behavioural profiles. Any usage analytics are anonymous and intended to improve the app. They exclude drawings, entered text, credentials, and personal identifiers. Billing and support information are handled separately, as described below.
This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Its hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
Purchases
Our billing provider and the store on your device process randomly generated app identifiers, purchase receipts, product information, and subscription status to provide purchases, restore access, and check membership. This is separate from usage analytics. Payment details are handled by the store. Kids Paint does not ask for your card details.
Protection for Kids
Parent PINs and recovery codes are protected in secure device storage. Device verification is handled by the operating system. We do not receive face or fingerprint information from that verification. Neither method proves the age of a person.
Grown ups should handle purchases, exports, and support requests. Please avoid sending the name of a child, photos, drawings, or other personal information when asking for help.
Support and Service Providers
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request and resolve the issue. Our email service processes those messages on our behalf.
We use service providers for billing, email, and website hosting. Information needed for those services may be processed outside your country. You can contact us for information about the providers involved in your request and applicable transfer protections.
Purpose and Retention
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we use purchase information to provide the service you request. We use support and security information for our legitimate interests in helping users and protecting the service. We also keep records needed to meet legal obligations.
Local artwork stays on your device until you remove it or its app data. Support and service records are kept only as long as needed to resolve requests, provide the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is needed.
Your Privacy Rights
Where applicable, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of personal information. You can object to its use and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Contact us through Support. A parent or guardian can help a child make a request.
You can also complain to the ICO or your local data protection authority. We will update this notice when our practices change.
