Using Kids Paint
These terms cover Kids Paint, provided by DevPulse, and the Kids Paint website. The app is designed for personal drawing and colouring. Grown ups should supervise where appropriate and handle purchases and sharing decisions. Contact us through Support if you need help.
Free and Premium Pictures
The app is free to download and use, with free templates, blank paper, and painting tools available out of the box. More templates are added regularly. A subscription unlocks the premium collection. The selection of pictures may change as the app develops.
Subscriptions and Payment
Available plans, prices, and billing periods are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store account used to purchase them. A grown up must approve purchases.
Manage or cancel a subscription through the subscription settings in the app or the store where it was purchased. Deleting the app does not cancel it. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period, unless the store changes or revokes access.
Restoring Access
Use Restore Purchases with the same store account that made the purchase. Purchases do not transfer between different stores. Existing saved artwork remains editable when premium access ends, while starting new premium templates requires active access.
Artwork and Personal Use
You keep any rights you have in your own creative contributions. Original templates and other app materials remain owned by DevPulse or their licensors. You may use templates in the app and share or export your completed pictures for personal, noncommercial use. Do not resell or redistribute the template library as standalone assets.
Pictures save locally on your device. Export copies you want to preserve before deleting app data or changing devices. You choose the recipients and services used when sharing.
Grown Up Responsibility
Keep parent PINs and recovery codes private. If a child can unlock your device, use a separate parent PIN. Device verification is not proof of age. Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with devices or services belonging to other people.
Your Consumer Rights
If something goes wrong, contact Support. Purchase requests may also be handled by the store used for payment. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Updates and Privacy
We may update the app and these terms as features or requirements change. Material changes affecting purchases or existing rights will be communicated where required. The date above identifies this version. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
